MouFlushQue

This call directs the mouse driver to flush (empty) the mouse event queue and the monitor chain data for the session.
MouFlushQue (DeviceHandle)
DeviceHandle (HMOU) - input Mouse device handle from a previous MouOpen.
rc (USHORT) - return Return code descriptions are:
