The Effort setting allows you to trade compression for speed.
The minimum value of 1 favors speed over compression, while the maximum value of 9 favors compression over speed.
The default value of 3 has been selected to provide the best balance of speed and compression with a slight favoring towards speed due to the 'on the fly' nature of ZipStream's operation.
