DOS Compatible

If checked, ZipStream will compress a file using an algorithm that will 
allow the file to be decompressed again under DOS in a future version of 
ZipStream. Using this mode may reduce the performance and compression 
efficiency. 

The option is currently disabled while design improvements are being 
researched.
