Rename Track

If checked, ZipStream will track rename operations so that new or updated 
files are compressed. 

Normally, most Word Processors and similar programs update a file by 
writing to a temporary file and then renaming it to the actual file name. 
 ZipStream will, if this option is checked, track these operations to 
ensure that new or modified files that are renamed are automatically 
compressed.
