ZipStream Compress

The ZipStream Compress utility is used to interactively compress files, so 
that they can be transparently accessed as decompressed files via 
ZipStream 

Note:  Copying files to a ZipStream path will cause transparent background 
compression.  ZipStream Compress is not required in this case. 

ZipStream Compress can be used in a Drag and Drop manner, or from the 
command line.
